Here you combine physical challenge with breathtaking views in the mountains. It’s a tough challenging 10 day hike through Italy, France and Switzerland but so rewarding.
3. Hot air balloon safari:
Watching the savannah and wildlife from the sky is a special way to do a safari. I was lucky enough to experience that in Tanzania.
4. ATV drive in the desert:
Ready for more action and speed? Driving an ATV in the desert of Dubai (UAE) is such a fun experience – Taking the control and getting wind in your hair.
5. Canyoning:
Ready for an active outdoor challenge? Canyoning means that you are rappelling down waterfalls and jumping off cliffs. We did Canyoning in Madeira (Portugal) and had so much fun.
6. Live as a real nomad:
This adventure allows you to be connected with your roots and nature. Riding a horse and staying in yurt camps in Kyrgyzstan is such a unique experience.

1. Whitehaven Beach in Australia:
The name couldn’t be more spot on! This postcard worthy and reward winning beach has the purest white sand and crystal clear water which mixes in beautiful patterns – a true paradise!
2. The Dolomites in Italy:
There is a reason why The Dolomites are on many nature lovers’ bucket lists! With stunning mountains and lakes this UNESCO World Heritage site offers plenty of breathtaking views.
3. Daymaniyat Islands in Oman:
This hidden gem is a true paradise with crystal clear water and fewer tourists compared to similar places! That’s why you have to add it to your bucket list before it gets crowded.
4. Lake Eibsee In Germany:
This place surprised me so much with the lake’s turquoise blue color and the mountain views! Definitely not what I expected to find in Germany and it’s so worth a visit.
5. The Alps in Switzerland:
I never get tired of the breathtaking views in the Alps, looking down on turquoise mountain lakes with glacier water and mountains in the background, it’s truly magnificent.
6. Angthong National Marine Park in Thailand:
These views are so impressive. The blue shades of the water and the hilly islands are something you have to see for yourself. Definitely the most beautiful place I have visited in Thailand.
Underrated countries
Are you looking for your next bucket list destination? Then you have to check out these 3 underrated countries, which you have to add to your bucket list.
I have visited more than 40 countries and these 3 have been the most underrated! You have to add them to your bucket list.
1. Kyrgyzstan:
A country with authentic nomadic traditions and breathtaking nature. In Kyrgyzstan you will find so many beautiful mountains and lakes! Kyrgyzstan isn’t too touristy and the experiences you get feels very authentic.
2. Slovenia:
I was surprised how modern Slovenia is, combined with more affordable prices compared to many other European countries. Their nature is stunning and something you have to explore.
3. Oman
A country with lots of hidden gems, impressive architecture and diverse nature. The Oman nature includes desert, hidden oases, wadis, mountains, crystal clear water and so much more. Their architecture has an Arabic fairytale vibe and is so breathtaking.
Put these countries on your bucket list and visit them before they get too crowded.
